Alice is a highly experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who has worked across both private and public healthcare settings. She has a special interest in supporting clients with persistent pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, prolapse, pregnancy and postnatal recovery, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Alice takes a patient-focused approach, combining hands-on therapy with practical strategies to help clients regain confidence, improve function, and feel empowered in their daily lives.

She integrates exercise-based rehabilitation, dry needling and pelvic floor retraining strategies to create personalised care that addresses both physical and functional goals.

Alice is known for her approachable, compassionate manner, building strong therapeutic relationships and helping clients feel supported every step of the way. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
