Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be busy and unpredictable. When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you. If your plans change, we genuinely appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to another person who may be waiting for care. Our practitioners carefully plan their days around scheduled appointments, and short notice changes can make it difficult to fill those times.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, we send reminder SMS and/or email notifications approximately 48 hours before your appointment. If your contact details change or you have a preferred reminder method, please let our team know.

If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule

More than 24 hours notice:
If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we are very happy to reschedule your appointment at no cost.

Less than 24 hours notice:
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the consultation cost.

Missed Appointments:
If you are unable to attend and we do not hear from you beforehand, the full consultation fee may be charged.

Unexpected Circumstances

We recognise that unforeseen situations can arise. Where appropriate, cancellation fees may be reviewed at the discretion of our Practice Manager and considered on a case by case basis.
